Who we are

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the contact form or the booking form: your name, work email, company, the topic you pick, your message, and, for bookings, the time slot and your time zone.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. Fonts are served from this website itself.

How it is sent and stored

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. They are then kept in our email account. The website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and operations.

What we use it for

• to reply to you and arrange the meeting you asked for;
• to keep a record of our conversation if we go on to work together.

We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists. If we would like to send you something you did not ask for, we will ask first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, records are kept for as long as the law requires for business records.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to connect@tinycubeway.com. We will reply within 30 days.
